After a totally inside modernisation we would like to sale our house. We changed the total heating, electric, water, waste water and gas systems. We changed the total screed with steel net under every premises. Renewed the wall painting - include the fairing - and tacled the walls with glassfiber net. New laminated floors, floor and wall tiles and sanitary wares! New gas boiler and kitchen cabinet! Repainted every door and window.
The house is in a small and silent village, which is very near to the world famous medicial bath - Zsóry Thermal Bath and Spa - and very near to the second biggest Hungarian lake, the Tisza lake. Where you can fishing, biking, sailing and in a special area you can use your motorboat and jetski. There is the one of biggest Hungarian water nature reservation which is in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
This village is not to far from the third biggest hungarian city, Miskolc and the one of most nicer historical city, Eger.
In that case if you want to renew the outside and the fence I can recommend you a constructor!
Very important, this modernisation made for my parents and not for sale, but unfortunatelly they couldn't move yet.
