The house is situated 30 km from Budapest, the capital,connected via motorway and public transport with this pretty town called Gödöllő. It offers a large variety of programs: theater, musical evenings, a castle, lots of parks and sport facilities. Education: schools for all ages and a University of Agriculture. In Budapest foreign language schools can be found.
The house is on a beautiful hill, close to a wood (10 minute walk) and a small lake (15 minute walk) and to the motorway (ten minutes by car). The house has nice panorama on the town.

This house was built in 1927, as a  pretty villa on the hill. The area is peaceful, as well as the neighborhood.
We completely restored it in 2006, including pipelines,wires, painting, changed  all the windows and doors, opened the kitchen, dining room and the living room in one, meeting present requirements while maintaining the house's style. A new furnace and three air conditioners were installed, too. Outside, the house got 6 cm insulation and a fresh color.
